Doug Hayter - Chief Executive Officer
Doug practised as a lawyer for over 15 years, before founding a commercial litigation funding firm, Ironbark Funding. Ironbark Funding has been awarded service provider of the year by Australasian Lawyer in 2021 and 2023. Doug has used his experience as a lawyer and commercial funder to establish AXS Funding and provide disbursement funding to personal injury lawyers.
Doug is passionate about supporting firms and their clients to prosecute claims and provide a brighter future for their clients and their families.
He practised in the personal injury sector. He understands the challenges lawyers face and goes above and beyond to add value at all stages of the claim process.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law (Hons) and lives in Sydney with his family.
